The Highs and Lows of Interviewing Legal Elites

This article addresses some of the challenges faced by researchers who are seeking to identify, gain access to, conduct interviews with, and analyze data from elites. Drawing on first author’s experience conducting elite as a source social research regarding laws legal processes, this offers both theoretical practical insights.
